DOES YOUR FEE INCLUDE TRAVEL AND/OR ACCOMMODATION EXPENSES?

No it doesn’t, as there are too many variables for me to publish a flat fee. I will confirm all costs, including expenses with you prior to your confirmation of booking.

DO YOU SHOOT BOTH PHOTOGRAPHY & FILM ON THE SAME DAY?

No, I am committed to giving you my best work, therefore, I will provide either the photography or film (depending on what comes to light in our first conversation) and my handpicked partner, will provide the other service. However, rest assured that you will always liaise with myself or my Admin Assistant and all of the editing will be completed in house.

WHAT HAPPENS IF, FOR ANY UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, YOU OR YOUR PARTNER CANNOT ATTEND ON THE DAY?

I am a Director of another photography and film agency. A replacement as qualified, experienced and as suitable as myself and/or my partner will be provided. A full service will be provided and no refunds will be made.

HOW QUICKLY CAN I EXPECT TO HEAR FROM YOU?

You can expect to hear from me within 48 hours during normal working hours. If you have not received a reply within this time, please assume that your email has not reached us. Please follow up by calling or texting us on 07473 146440. You can also message us here

DO YOU HAVE WHATSAPP?

No, I’m afraid I don’t have WatsApp.

CAN WE PROVIDE A HOT MEAL FOR YOU/AND YOUR PARTNER ON THE WEDDING DAY?

Yes please. Our days are long, often 10 hours and therefore, one, main course per person and access to drinking water/tea/coffee is requested and gratefully received. Please arrange directly with your caterers.

HOW LONG AFTER THE WEDDING CAN WE EXPECT TO RECEIVE THE IMAGES/FILM?

You can expect to receive the full set of images approximately 30 days after your wedding day. Film takes a little longer to edit, therefore please allow 40 days.

HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS/FILM?

Photos and film will arrive via personalised USB on a next day delivery arrangement. Please note that a signature will be required on receipt and you will be notified of the day of dispatch.

DO I NEED A LIST OF NAMES FOR ANY GROUP PHOTOS REQUESTED?

I will be in touch with you approximately one month before your wedding day to run through your final timings, and confirm your group photo requests with you.
